A contract does not exist between you and FredHamilton.com until your payment has been accepted and an order acceptance confirmation has been sent to the email address you specified when you made your purchase. FredHamilton.com reserves the right not to accept any order or to withdraw from this contract in the event of obvious or material inaccuracies caused by human or technical error.

Price information displayed on the FredHamilton.com web site is subject to change without notice.

All purchases from FredHamilton.com are subject to US copyright laws and the law of the State of Texas and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Texas courts. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Shopping Cart Issues

Has your order been declined?

Please be sure the address you enter when you register your account matches the exact billing address your credit card company has on file for you, including the zip or postal code. It is also important that you have your credit card in hand so that if you’re using either a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express that the Card Security Code (3 or 4 digits following the account number on the back of the card) is correct as well.


  • CDs and Books – If any CD or book you purchase from us arrives defective, please contact us to arrange for a replacement. If an item is damaged in shipping, you should contact the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc) to arrange to file a claim with them.
  • Digital Downloads – If you fail to download any item(s) bought from the FredHamilton.com store, please contact us via our Customer Service Support Page, being sure to include your order number. After investigating the cause of the problem, we will either offer you another chance to download your purchased item(s), or offer a full refund for that item, but FredHamilton.com shall have no further liability to you.

FredHamilton.com is unable to offer refunds on any completed downloads. As FredHamilton.com may offer, in some cases, a variety of file type options to match various devices and media players, please be certain to select the correct file format for your device or computer. We are not able to issue refunds or exchanges due to incorrect format choice or device incompatibility.
